The Role 

As the Account Executive for Draftable APAC, you will lead sales to large and medium law firms and legal teams across Australia and the broader APAC region, by:  

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive market share across APAC. 

  • Identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the legal industry. 

  • Collaborating with our product teams to ensure alignment of the product to client needs. 

  • Working closely with marketing to design and execute campaigns, building awareness and interest, and strengthening the Draftable brand 

  • Conducting product demos and managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure prospective clients understand the benefits of Draftable. 

  • Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring high client satisfaction for lasting relationships. 

  • Staying on top of industry and competitor trends. 


You’ll thrive here if you 

  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience selling software to law firms and legal teams. 

  • Have a deep understanding of the legal market in APAC and strong existing relationships with technology teams. 

  • Are an excellent communicator (both written and verbal). 

  • Are relationship-oriented and can build and maintain relationships with clients.

Salary 

$220,000 + On Target Earnings (OTE) inclusive of Superannuation.  Uncapped incentive plan and earning potential.
