Salary
AUD$120K - AUD$150K, can go higher for very experienced candidates. Compensation will be set in a currency that is appropriate for where you live, e.g., EUR, USD, etc.

The Role
As our new Software Engineer, you'll dive deep into the heart of our technology, tackling challenges like:
- Optimizing comparison algorithms for 1000-page documents in under 30 seconds
- Developing innovative approaches to 2D spreadsheet comparison
- Enhancing our core C# codebase and crafting high-performance C++ components
- Collaborating with ex-lawyers to design intuitive, powerful features
You'll thrive here if you
- Have 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Love solving complex problems with practical, efficient solutions
- Have a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Enjoy researching and implementing cutting-edge techniques
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Are self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
- Are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
Our Tech Stack
- Backend: C# (.NET Core) with C++ for performance-critical components
- Frontend: JavaScript (React)
- Scripting and tooling: Python
