We are seeking a Head of Sales to strengthen Draftable’s commercial leadership team. This executive position reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to shape not just sales, but also Draftable's overall commercial strategy and future direction.

The Role
As Head of Sales, you will focus on three key areas:
Strategic and Commercial Leadership
- Influence Draftable's commercial direction and growth plans
- Own Draftable's revenue targets and the execution of our commercial strategy
- Oversee execution of our partner channel strategy
- Partner with product and marketing to refine our outbound sales engine and go-to-market execution
- Partner with our finance team to monitor, analyse and report on sales performance
- Attend key industry events around the world (approximately six weeks of overseas travel annually)
- Build and coach a high-performance global sales team (currently 6 people)
- Transform good performers into exceptional ones through structured coaching programs
- Create frameworks that elevate team capabilities and drive consistent results
- Refine compensation structures to align with business objectives
- Implement robust sales methodologies and playbooks
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and establish clear frameworks for pipeline generation, management and forecasting
- Guide strategic account management for key clients and refine our account management processes
- Create structured onboarding and continuous development programs
- Refine our sales tech stack (HubSpot) and processes

- Has 15+ years of B2B technology sales experience
- Has proven success in building and leading sales teams
- Is passionate about developing and coaching high-performing teams
- Excels in commercial decision-making and strategic thinking
- Has experience scaling sales operations in high growth environments
- Brings a systematic approach to sales processes and team development
